Referral Program Terms and Conditions

‍Eligibility: This referral program is open to any individual who refers a new client ("Referrer") to Onomy Design Studio ("Onomy").

‍Referral Criteria: A successful referral is defined as a new client who, as a result of the Referrer's recommendation, engages in a project with Onomy Design Studio.Commission: The Referrer will receive a commission equal to 10% of the total value of the first project invoiced to the referred client by Onomy, excluding any additional fees or charges incurred after the initial invoice.

‍Payment: Commissions will be paid within 30 days of the completion of the referred client's project and the receipt of payment by Onomy Design Studio.

‍Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals a single Referrer can make. However, commissions will only be paid for the first project initiated by each referred client.

‍Validity: This referral program is valid until further notice by Onomy Design Studio. Onomy reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

‍Exclusions: Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Onomy Design Studio are not eligible to participate in this referral program.

‍Taxes: The Referrer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply to the commission received.

‍Agreement: Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this referral program, the Referrer agrees to the above terms and conditions outlined by Onomy Design Studio.
